Education for your gifted child is a given, for any morally responsible parent. When you recognize that your child is gifted in some particular area of talent or intellect, getting the school system to understand that unique ability can be a challenge.  For the most part public schools are designed to accommodate the “normal” range of children.  Because it’ a legal requirement not only that you send your child to school but that the state provides public schools to meet that need, most of the children in public school are neither gifted nor special needs.

As such, the majority of the resources and the skills of the teachers by default are around the need to teach large classes of average students.  There is nothing wrong with this approach as our society depends on proper education for everybody.  But what this does mean that public schools have nothing to contribute towards providing specialized classes for gifted students. 

Now there are gifted programs in most schools that offer classes that are “accelerated.”  This means the curriculum is more challenging and complicated, so the student conquers a higher level of learning than other kids in their grade level.  But if you look at this approach closely, this is not a program for gifted children.  These are classes for highly intelligent students or kids who are exceptionally good at learning, so they will be the ones to earn scholarships to college.

But very often, truly gifted students do very poorly in these kinds of classes.  That is because usually when a child has a particular area of excellence, that does not mean the child is capable in all areas of academics.  So your child might be a brilliant musician, mathematician, chess player or dancer but in every other way average in his or her ability to handle the routine workload of school.

The outcome of putting such students into gifted programs is (a) they don’t get specialized training in their particular gifts and (b) they do poorly in accelerated programs, which results in poor self-esteem and lousy report cards, which disguise the pure genius of this child.   These problems with how public schools handle gifted kids point to the need for you to look into finding private instruction that can design a program to take your child to the next level in his or her area of specialization while teaching the other academic subjects in ways that the child can excel in every endeavor at school.

Private schools can provide the focus on your child’s particular area of excellence simply because they are in the field of gifts and talents and they don’t have the burden of providing education for everybody.  Specialized training needs the services of dedicated teachers who themselves are outstanding in that field of study or your child’s gifted area.  So if your son or daughter is a phenomenal talent in playing the violin, you need violin teachers who can bring that talent along and knows how to take that talent to the next level and the next level.

Private schools can afford to keep such gifted teachers on staff.  They can also afford to have any specialized tools or equipment that are needed to help your child develop his or her gift.  Further, the field of excellence your child will develop has a path to success that is unlike the roads most kids take to state college and beyond.  Your child may need to seek specialized education beyond high school that makes recommendations and a resume that a private school can help your youngster develop.

The private school setting can tailor your child’s curriculum so all of the routine academics can be taken care of, but there is plenty of time for your boy or girl to focus on their gift under the tender loving care of a skilled professional.  These gifted teachers can become mentors to your child to show him or her the path toward success and greatness in the particular area of genius where your child is gifted.

These are compelling reasons to find the perfect setting that will polish and bring out the talent or gift in your gifted child.  It might be more expensive, but if investing in top-notch education for your youngster means that he or she genuinely realizes that tremendous potential, it is worth whatever it takes to make that happen.

The brain is a fascinating organ because so much of who we are is controlled there, it is easy to get caught up in a pattern of noncreative thinking. If you are doing it all on autopilot, then it is time to change the way you think! Get a fresh source of spiritual and information data input into your life, you will definitely improve the quality of spiritual life content get more out of life when you take such an approach. It will improve your relationships, your attitude, your work environment, and even how you feel about yourself.

It can be hard to really assess your thinking process when you are on autopilot. Try to do so objectively though so you can see things in a new light. Think about something you do at home or work all the time. Now ask yourself why you do it that way. If the answer is because that is the way it has always been done, you aren’t really thinking about it. Now that you have identified the situation put some serious thought into the process. If there a better way that it can be done?

Relationships can be tricky as well as challenging.

If you find some of them that you have to be stressful at times, you need to change your way of thinking. What is it about the relationship that doesn’t flow well? Do you have the same conversation over and over again with your spouse, child, or another person in your life? Is the outcome always the same no matter what? If so, then it could be because one of you or both of you are on autopilot when it comes to your thinking.

Creative Thinking

A great way to change that is to ask the other person what they are thinking. Once they tell you, ask them why they feel that way about it. When you respond to them, ask yourself the same thing. What is it that is triggering such a response? Is that the pattern on behavior that you always go with? If so, then why not try something new because obviously what you are doing now and what you have done in the past wasn’t productive.

The workplace environment is an excellent opportunity for you to change your way of thinking. Many people go to work each day, do their job, and go home. There is likely to be many areas of your post where you can do it differently with the same or better results. As you start to identify those areas, write them down. Present your plans to your boss and see if they are willing to allow you to try them. Most employers love to see employees taking such initiative.

When you make the conscious decision to change the way you think, you can remove many of the negative things around you from your life. You can focus your energy on the positive around you. Look for solutions that fit the situation instead of going on autopilot and doing what you always have in the past. At first, you will have to really think about it to make it work. However, it will soon become part of your regular behaviors that you engage in.

Other people will appreciate you more too because you will be giving them a fair chance to explore their own ideas. You won’t be cutting them off with your automated response to their situation. As a result, you will find that you are happier, you have less stress, and that your various relationships with others have improved. If you are thinking on autopilot, you may be getting several things done, but you are really only going through the motions with them.

You need to make sure you are fully exploring all your options. Don’t just accept what is in front of you at face value. There is undoubtedly much more out there being offered to you if you are receptive to it. Once you have made a choice to change this type of thinking, you will start to notice those opportunities more and more throughout your day.

What are natural rights?

What are the legal rights?

“Legal rights are those bestowed onto a person by a given legal system (i.e., rights that can be modified, repealed, and restrained by human laws).” (Wikipedia, Natural Rights, 2018)

NATURAL LAW

The Spirit of the Natural Law exists first; the natural human rights derive from the Spirit of the Natural Law. In the beginning God, Elohim (Genesis 1:1).

The Natural law first appeared in ancient Greek philosophy and was referred to by the Roman philosopher Cicero. The concept and the Spirit of the Natural Law can be seen in the events of the Bible; it is there as surely as a canvas in a classical oil painting. It is seen in the actions, behavior, manner and the living soul of Abraham, interacting with the Spirit of the Natural Law. Similarly, Moses sensitivity to true justice, compassion, and mercy for the innocent. Moses teaching in the first five books of the Bible (the Pentateuch) reveals the Spirit of the Natural Law is active. It exists with the presence and the nature of Elohim instructions to humanity. The Spirit of the Natural Law is like a buffer, an interface, that provides knowledge and grace to the human living soul mind. The Spirit of the Natural Law appeals to the human soul mind. It is good to have understanding, to weight up the options. To listen to the voice of reason and wisdom, or to act out on an impulse of the emotions. The human mind and heart can be a receiver, meditating on the Spirit of the Natural Law. God that instructs and guides humanity, according to the wisdom in His word, Elohim. Natural Law concepts. “It was developed in the Middle Ages by Catholic philosophers such as Albert the Great and his pupil Thomas Aquinas.” (Encyclopedia, Natural Law, 2018)

STATE OF NATURE – JOHN LOCKE

John Locke reasons that in the beginning humans lived in the State of Nature. State of nature where there were no overlord State or government to impose the law of men onto their subjects. “The lawbreaker was dealt with one on one, about who broke the law and how. If confronted by a lawbreaker, or catching a lawbreaker doing violence to an individual, then the lawbreaker was punished directly without a third party”. (Wikipedia, State of Nature, 2018)

The same law principles are written in the book of the Exodus, some 1460 AD.

LAWS CONCERNING PERSONAL INJURY AND HOMICIDE

“Whoever strikes a man so that he dies certainly to be put to death.” “If he did not lie in wait, but God let him fall within his reach, then I will appoint for you a place to which he may flee. “If a man acts deliberately against his neighbor, to kill him by treachery, you are to take him to die even if he is at my altar.” Exodus 21: 12-14.

“The State of Nature has a Spirit of the Natural law to govern it, and that law is the reason. Locke believes that reason teaches that “no one ought to harm another in his life, liberty, and or property.” The way out of the state of nature is through consent, to join a society is through consent. The consent takes on to the social contract, and to the law of the society/State. According to the John Locke philosophy of law human’s inherent natural rights when they are born. Due to the intrinsic value of human life. Rights can be forfeited, through willful sin. To deliberately flaunt sin, is to disrespect the Creator of life. God is Holy.”

THE NATURAL STATE

Also, the Natural rights in a civil society derived from the Spirit of the Natural Law principles. The right to life, liberty, and property. The Spirit of the Natural Law protects the people in the Natural State, before the population explosion on earth. Since then people have joined the society through consent, and through the social contract. Responsibly, submitting to the laws of that particular society. It is the rational, logical, linear order of native people entering from the natural state, into civil society with the law-abiding society of people submitted to the rule of law.

The rule of law is only valid when it depends on the Spirit of the Natural Law; It provides the Natural rights to people in the society. The right to life, right to liberty, right to property. The natural law protects the people in the natural state, before the population explosion on earth. Since then people have joined the society through consent, through the social contract. Responsibly, submitting to the rule of law in a society.”
